Hello everyone, First off, I'd like to thank everyone who fished with us this spring during the trophy season, I appreciate the patience of everyone who came on board with us. We had a few days that were like old times getting our limit in short order, a few where we were thankful for what we had but wanted more, and a few days that were more or less a boat ride with maybe a bite or two. Due to some other obligations and the warmer temperatures getting the big fish out of here a little sooner than usual, we won't be fishing again until May 16th. We will be fishing in the Potomac for the two fish per person season through midJune. With the longer daylight hours now, we offer AM and PM trips for these rockfish. We will be trolling small baits or doing some light tackle chumming. As of now we will be attempting to do make up trips on Friday afternoons, May 17th, 24th, and 31st, so take a halfday off work and come on down to get on board with us, spots are limited to the first 8 people and prices are $125 per person. These trips typically have a lot of action for everyone to get in on the cranking. It's also not too early to start thinking about booking your summertime trip for cobia. We tentatively will be starting to fish for them June 17th, possibly sooner depending on when the fish show up. Take advantage of our weekday afternoon cobia trips when the traffic and pressure is usually a little less on the fish and sometimes we have the whole Bay to ourselves. These trips will continue throughout the summer and our full day trips will include bluefish, Spanish mackerel, bottomfishing along with cobia so bring the family on down. Looking forward to seeing you out there.
Tight Lines,
Cory Rice
